Evaluations made by appointment. New patient appointments are 90 minutes. Kris will provide a free, no obligation 15 minute consultation with new clients.
We are located in Ironwood Square at 10213 N. 92nd Street,, Suite 102, Scottsdale, AZ 85258. We are south of Shea, north of Mountain View and between 92nd and 96th streets.

Kris’s office hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 7 am to 6 pm and Friday from 3 to 6 pm.

Kris is a Medicare Part B provider. We will bill Medicare for your Physical Therapy treatment. For other insurances, we will provide you with all the paperwork needed to fill a claim with your insurance company.
